I called with a very minor issue but one that I couldn’t solve on my own nor could I be walked through how to fix it over the phone. Ron was patient and kind and told me he would personally come over in one hour to help me. He got here exactly one hour later and was so kind. Fixed my issue very quickly and happily. Then told me he was the owner of the company!! Talk about amazing. This level of customer service is so rare. What a nice man. I couldn’t recommend this company more! Thank you Ron. You made my day!
